This year, through aerial arts, pole, and movement, we will explore the hidden systems that shape our mental health — the beliefs, environments, and pressures that influence how we live, and what it means to recognize them and break free.

This year, Art of Fitness will be supporting the Full Mental Health Matrix.

Mental health is complex and deeply personal. It’s shaped by the environments we live in, the identities we hold, the challenges we face, and the systems we navigate. No two journeys are the same.

That’s why Art of Fitness represents all four areas of the mental health matrix: basic needs & environmental stress, identity & social pressure, specific mental health challenges, and systemic barriers.

Our Board will select the primary beneficiary organizations to create collective impact across these areas, and each performer will choose a cause that resonates with their own story. Together, we honor both shared responsibility and individual experience — recognizing that mental health is not one story, but many.

Through movement, performance, and community, we bring these layers together to create meaningful change across the full spectrum of need.

We’re so excited to soon begin this year’s journey toward our $10,000 goal. Every dollar raised will fuel the impact we create together — and with this community behind us, we know something powerful is ahead. We can not wait to light the spark & watch it grow!
